At SimGear Supplies, we want you to shop with confidence knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the details below regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Shipping Information
- Within Canada: Shipping is free on all orders.
- To the United States: As of August 29, 2025, a $4.99 flat shipping fee applies to help offset new tariffs introduced on cross-border shipments.
We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by tracking details when your package ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or modified products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@simgearsupplies.ca with your order number and details.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no additional cost to you.
